Had to visit them to help me fix my Xbox One. The issue was with the power adapter. The best thing is that I didn't have to spend a lot of time or money. I could take my console back the same day. And I could buy a new adapter right at their shop, so there was no need to wait or look for the new one. I could check how my console works with the new power adapter right at their shop and I'm more than happy now to get back to gaming, yay! Please mind though that they take ONLY cash. At least this was the case in June 2019.
